5. Be grateful. Always

Family and friends are everything. For me at least. I understand that for some people this might be a problematic point. Regardless of that I believe everyone has that someone they can trust and go to when times are hard. (and everyone has always that kind of support in themselves as well).
We should appreciate family because time passes by so quickly and you shouldn’t let it get to the point when you wake up one day realising you should have spent more time with your family or friends when you could.
I am very proud and grateful to have such a great family and people who are technically my friends, but I also consider them a part of my family. And sometimes you should let them know that they are special to you. It will feel great to both sides, I promise you that.
The importance and strength of gratitude is huge. (bigger than our universe and we don’t even know how big it is) You must focus on the positive aspects and simply be grateful for them. It is not bad thing at all to sit down occasionally, and dive deep into your thoughts and emotions. Remind yourself daily what you can be thankful for and appreciate every little detail about it. Let it be an experience, person or literally anything you can think of. Be thankful and show the gratitude even when the odds might be against you. I promise you there’s always something to be grateful for.
