3. It's okay not to feel happy all the time.

Life isn’t always like from Disney films. (sadly). People don’t burst into a song during their lunch break at school and not all the issues can be turned into wonderful happy ending. What I’m saying is that it is okay to feel down and blue sometimes. It’s not a horrible thing to feel even though what you feel is sadness. That’s how you know you’re a human.
Just think of the last moment when you felt like you could not go anymore. You were hopeless. Maybe it was years ago, weeks ago or maybe it is right now. I’m trying to show that sadness is okay, and you shouldn’t punish yourself for it. But just know that all the difficult times pass by and eventually you might even laugh about some of them because they will seem ridiculous. You may not get exactly your happy ending you wished for, but you will get closure from difficult times because you are a hell of a strong person.
Personal advice: Good old crying may help. I feel like by crying you let out the thing that’s giving you hard time. You acknowledge it and try to understand it. Find a quiet place where you can have a good cry in peace. Then inhale, exhale. Give yourself some time to think things through and calm down. You might find relief.
